I currently work for a hosting company known as GMTI (a subsidiary of Gannett). Below is a brief outline of my work experience thus far:

Hosting, Deployment, Support Analyst- Works with others to analyze collected requirements, translate into Hosting and Delivery solutions, and to ensure that identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
- Works closely with Customer Support organization to maintain application and managed hosting service levels through disciplined change management, capacity planning and scaling as needed.
- Monitors performance to identify and help resolve system hosting problems.
- Manage all FTP accounts for Gannett users via Active Directory.

Senior Application Support Analyst (CMS)- Provided support and insight into applications used by Gannett owned newspapers.
- Documented, analyzed and solved errors in applications reported by newspaper staff.
- Provided a pragmatic understanding of Saxotech template design to webmasters.
- Designed various Perl scripts to promote efficiency and automation among team members.
- Compiled weekly reports documenting website efficiency and performance.
